W\u00e4hrend in der Vergangenheit Netzausf\u00e4lle und Spannungsschwankungen zu den wichtigsten Parametern der Versorgungsqualit\u00e4t z\u00e4hlten, gewinnen Spannungstransienten oder Spannungsoberschwingungen immer mehr an Bedeutung. Dies ist vor allem auf die immer gr\u00f6\u00dfer werdende Anzahl an nicht-linearen Verbrauchern und vielen dezentral angebundenen regenerativen Energietr\u00e4ger zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren. Um in Europa einheitliche Standards f\u00fcr die Elektroenergieversorgung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, werden die Mindestanforderungen an die Spannungsqualit\u00e4t in einer europ\u00e4ischen Norm definiert. Dies ist die EN 50160, welche die \u00dcberschrift \u201eMerkmale der Spannung in \u00f6ffentlichen Elektrizit\u00e4tsversorgungsnetzen\u201c tr\u00e4gt. Diese Norm ist als Produktnorm f\u00fcr elektrische Energie zu verstehen und wird aus diesem Grund auch in Stromliefervertr\u00e4gen als geltende Produktnorm herangezogen. Im Februar 2014 hat der Bundesgerichtshof unmissverst\u00e4ndlich klargestellt, dass auch die Elektrizit\u00e4t dem Produkthaftungsgesetz unterworfen ist. Damit haftet der Verteilnetzbetreiber f\u00fcr Sch\u00e4den an elektrischen Verbrauchern, die auf eine mangelhafte Spannungsqualit\u00e4t seitens des Verteilnetzbetreibers zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren sind.  Viele Messger\u00e4tehersteller bieten mittlerweile aus diesem Grund Messger\u00e4te, die automatisierte Qualit\u00e4tsreports gem\u00e4\u00df der EN 50160 aufbereiten. Auch digitale Z\u00e4hler bieten immer \u00f6fter auch Power Quality Funktionen gem\u00e4\u00df der EN 50160. W\u00e4hrend die Messger\u00e4te in der Niederspannung die Spannung direkt verarbeiten k\u00f6nnen, sind wir in der Mittel- und Hochspannung auf Spannungswandler bzw. Spannungssensoren angewiesen. Meist wird an \u00e4lteren Anlagen die Spannungsqualit\u00e4t gemessen. Die verbauten Spannungswandler geben auf dem Leistungsschild aber in der Regel keinen Hinweis auf das \u00dcbertragungsverhalten bei h\u00f6heren Frequenzen. Die Ger\u00e4te sind lediglich f\u00fcr die 50 Hz Grundschwingung der Netze spezifiziert. Messungen gem\u00e4\u00df der EN 50160 erfordern aber einen Frequenzbereich bis 2 kHz. Wir wollen der Frage nachgehen, ob die vorhandenen Ger\u00e4te f\u00fcr Messungen bis 2 kHz geeignet sind. Bei den verbauten Spannungswandlern handelt es sich h\u00e4ufig um induktive Wandler, die nach dem transformatorischen Prinzip arbeiten. Im Detail besteht die Prim\u00e4rspule nicht nur aus induktivwirkenden Kupferwindungen, sondern es ergeben sich auch Kapazit\u00e4ten durch die einzelnen voneinander isolierten Lagen. Auch die Kapazit\u00e4ten zwischen den einzelnen Windungen tragen zu der Gesamtkapazit\u00e4t der Prim\u00e4rspule bei. Somit ergibt sich ein Schwingkreis aus Induktivit\u00e4t, Kapazit\u00e4t und ohmscher Widerstand, der auch eine entsprechende Resonanzfrequenz aufweisen muss.\nUm diese Resonanzfrequenz zu finden, wird nun ein handels\u00fcblicher 10 kV Spannungswandler im \u201efrequency sweep Verfahren\u201c mit 6.400 Messpunkten bis 10 kHz vermessen. W\u00e4hrend der Wandler bis ca. 5 kHz annehmbar das Prim\u00e4rsignal \u00fcbertr\u00e4gt, ergibt sich bei ca. 6 kHz ein Amplitudenfehler von ca. 100 % und ein Phasenfehler von 90 \u00b0. Eine verl\u00e4ssliche PQ-Analyse bis z. B. 2 kHz ist hier uneingeschr\u00e4nkt m\u00f6glich, aber wie sieht es mit Wandlern in anderen Spannungsebenen aus?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine gute Hilfestellung bietet den Messstellenbetreibern ein Beitrag der technisch-wissenschaftlichen Organisation CIGRE \/ CIRED.
