Hotspots k\u00f6nnen aus verschiedenen Gr\u00fcnden auftreten, und wenn sie nicht behoben werden, k\u00f6nnen sie zu einem verminderten Wirkungsgrad, einer geringeren Leistungsabgabe und sogar zu langfristigen Sch\u00e4den an den Solarmodulen f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ursachen f\u00fcr Hot Spots<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Partial Shading<strong>:<\/strong> Wenn bestimmte Bereiche eines Solarmoduls aufgrund von Abschattungen durch nahe gelegene Objekte wie B\u00e4ume oder Geb\u00e4ude weniger Sonnenlicht erhalten, k\u00f6nnen die abgeschatteten Zellen zu einem Hotspot werden. Dies liegt daran, dass die abgeschatteten Zellen als Widerst\u00e4nde wirken und einen Temperaturanstieg verursachen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zellen Mismatch: Abweichungen bei der Herstellung oder nicht aufeinander abgestimmte Zellen innerhalb eines Moduls k\u00f6nnen zu einer ungleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen Stromerzeugung f\u00fchren. Zellen mit geringerem Wirkungsgrad erzeugen m\u00f6glicherweise weniger Strom, wodurch sie sich erhitzen und Hotspots entstehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zellendefekte: Herstellungsfehler oder Sch\u00e4den w\u00e4hrend des Transports und der Installation k\u00f6nnen zu Fehlfunktionen der Zellen f\u00fchren.
