Generell sind Wechselrichter als St\u00f6raussender anzusehen, da hochfrequente Anteile durch die steilen Stromanstiege und Einschwingvorg\u00e4nge erzeugt werden. H\u00f6here St\u00f6rpegel k\u00f6nnen durch defekte Module hervorgerufen werden oder auch, wenn Anlagen nur im Teillastbereich betrieben werden. Transienten und Oberschwingungen k\u00f6nnen durch den Transformator generell in h\u00f6here Spannungsebenen \u00fcbertragen werden und zu St\u00f6rungen an Nachbaranlagen f\u00fchren. Gleichzeitig werden Betriebsmittel einer h\u00f6heren Belastung ausgesetzt und damit die Lebensdauer nachteilig beeintr\u00e4chtigt. Aber auch neuartige Verbrauchsanlagen wie z.B. Lades\u00e4ulen f\u00fcr E-Autos produzieren oftmals Netzr\u00fcckwirkungen bis 150 kHz. Aus diesem Grund sind unter anderem alle technischen Anschlussregeln von der Nieder- bis zur H\u00f6chstspannung (VDE-AR-N 4100 bis 4130) mit der Stromoberschwingungsmessung bis 9 kHz erweitert worden. Durch dieses Regelwerk k\u00f6nnen Verteilnetzbetreiber ihre Netze, Betriebsmittel und Kunden vor Netzverschmutzungen sch\u00fctzen. Werden die Messwandler und Netzanalysatoren in den technischen Anschlussbedingungen (TAB) spezifiziert, so k\u00f6nnen alle Kosten ab der Mittelspannung an den Anlagenbetreiber weitergereicht werden. Durch einstellbare Zugriffsrechte im SCADA-System k\u00f6nnen der Netzbetreiber sowie der Anlagenbetreiber auf die Messdaten zugreifen und rechtzeitig Gegenma\u00dfnahmen bei unzul\u00e4ssigen St\u00f6rpegeln einleiten.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend in der Niederspannung der Power Quality Analysator die Netzspannung direkt messen kann, sind in der Mittelspannung Wandler bzw. Sensoren notwendig.
